  6. hasi420 says:

@ComeDineWithAunty You seem like a lovely lady, the typical asian aunty. And like SOMe of the auntiies that I know you also made the same mistake – you first touched the chicken, then the wooden spoon then the hob, and then went on to touch other things. You should let your viewrs know that if they get food poisioning it is not due to the dish but the way they have cooked it.
I mean no offence aunti jee, just have seen the first hand results of food going bad due to bad habits.

Hi guys I’m commenting on an iPhone so I’m not sure if I’m doing this right. When I say “roasting” I don’t mean in the oven. By “roasting” I mean keeping your gas at a medium heat and stirring. This method is called bunding. The slow heat draws out the flavours. It takes time but it’s worth it!

  10. CapitanKurosaki says:

    DAMN now that looks good!

  11. GotthardGirl says:

Wow why go to cooking classes when there are videos like these. Going to make this next week. When you say roasting…do you mean in the oven and if yes, at what tempature? Also, instead of using cooking oil, can I use Ghee? Thanks for the great video. : )

  12. osummuso says:

I don’t wish to be rude, but your method looks very labour intensive.
Nothing wrong with enjoying the process of cooking, but you COULD be spending a lot less time standing over the stove, using other methods.

  13. jesalba696 says:

  14. clapla says:

  15. PopTVTeacher says:

Ha, I love this. I like that you emphasize roasting the ingredients a lot, because hat adds such a great, rich curry flavor. Love the vid, and the accent!
