Dear Ms Manjula, thank you for taking the time to post all your videos of all your nice recipes! I love to cook Indian food, but seeing it done and seeing what it should look like whilst being prepared is really much better than cooking from a book! It gives me the confidence to try new things! Thank you and hope you get as much enjoyment out of it as we, your fans do!

Sometimes the spices need to be added intuitively while cooking.. you can try and taste the yoghurt gravy. when you cook and add spices as required. Usually you can modify everything according to taste and not have it effect the recipe entirely. I hope that helped!

  17. tinkasilvermist says:

  18. noobicalnoobz says:

  19. Nozferat says:

    Thank you for your recipe.

I have a couple of questions:

I don’t have hing. Is that a problem?

Also, I would like to make this dish with sweet potatoes. Would I make it the same way?

I would also like to know if I can make your spicy potatoes dish with sweet potatoes also? I really like sweet potatoes and it’s healthier that is why.

Thank you and wishing you a very happy new year!
